RETURNS POLICY
Jade Oi Studio is not responsible for the following:
Damage resulting from mishandling.
Damage caused by improper cleaning solutions or methods.
General wear and tear.
Damage caused by exposure to weather or improper environment.
Changes in the appearance of finishes over time.
Please return all unused items enclosed in a padded bag or box for safety. Returned items must be in new, unused condition and in the original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns if we see signs of usage.
All sale items purchased, including sample sale pieces, are considered final sales and are not eligible for a refund or return.
Postage will be at the buyer's expense. We recommend using registered/trackable posts as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.
RETURNS WITHIN THE USA
We offer returns on all merchandise orders in the US within 5 business days of delivery. Please contact us immediately if you need to return something. Note that if your item is a custom order with any engraving, these are final sales and are not eligible for returns.

Upon submitting your online return or exchange, you will receive a return label via email.
For returns, a fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your refund. If you use your own return carrier, you are responsible for the return shipping costs — please specify it in your return request.
RETURNS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Unfortunately, right now we don’t accept returns for international orders. Please review the product carefully before purchase.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5-7 days of your item being received by Jade Oi Studio customer support team. Alternatively, you can choose to keep store credit by letting us know in your email.
